My last visit I was returning from the restroom at around 3 AM and was asked to leave the facility because I was too intoxicated.
Now my main concern is the customer service in particular with the pit floor supervisors and security team. I have encountered this issue on my last two visits. The men's bathroom near the food court has just about every door damaged where they can not be locked when in use. I also do expect wear and tear on a highly visited property but when I do not see any maintenance being performed it is a concern. I have visited Valley River several times and have recently seen the service and upkeep of the property decline tremendously.
I have been to many casinos ranging from NC down to Mississippi out to Vegas. Let me first qualify my review by stating that I am a Diamond Plus player for Caesars Rewards properties.
